Murray River Express Inc is a growing investment management and financial services company specializing in portfolio management, investment operations, and client services. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations and transaction processing and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage investment orders from receipt through final settlement
- Coordinate trade execution, settlement, and delivery schedules
- Verify order details, quantities, and transaction information for accuracy
- Monitor portfolio positions and communicate reconciliation needs
- Communicate with brokers, custodians, vendors, and clients to resolve transaction issues or delays
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction
- Participate in team meetings and cross-department coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines

Tax Information
